The 18-hole golf course of Alvaneu Bad, the gateway to the wildly romantic Albula Valley, is situated at an altitude of 950 m and considered, not only by insiders, to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Alps. The course is divided into two grounds: The first 9 holes along the River Albula lie in a large clearing with a fantastic view of wonderful small mountain lakes. The last nine blend into the natural environment perfectly, just as though Mother Nature had let the golf course grow naturally. The course impressively demonstrates the great variety and expanse of the Albula Valley, allowing golfers to enjoy their game hole by hole as they approach the viaduct. The grounds are even, making them easy for anyone to walk on. For relaxation, the spa-centre has indoor and outdoor pools (34°C), a sauna, a solarium, a bio-sauna, steam baths and a medical centre with massages, therapies, etc. |
