Check in quickly and conveniently online

Using Web Check-in, you can check in for your flight from home and choose your seat and print out your boarding pass at the same time.

How it works

Step 1:
Some countries require additional passenger information at check-in. Specifically, this is the number of your passport or identity card, place of issue and expiry date, as well as the passenger’s date of birth. Therefore, please have the travel documents of all participants ready for the web check-in.

Step 2:
Enter your name and flight details to access your booking. If your confirmation has multiple first or last names for individuals, each must be entered without spacing or hyphenation.

Step 3:
Confirm/select the flight for check-in.

Step 4:
Select your seat and indicate if you will be checking any baggage.

Step 5:
Print your boarding pass.

You have now completed check-in. On the printed boarding pass you will find all the information about the bag drop counter, your boarding gate and other important information you will need before proceeding to the airport. Passengers travelling with animals, children travelling alone and passengers requiring assistance will receive a check-in confirmation which must be exchanged for a boarding pass at the bag drop counter.

Web check-in is available from 23 hours to 1 hour before departure and is available to the following passengers:

• Passengers travelling without an infant (0-2 years)
• Passengers departing from Zurich and Geneva
